Refund Policy

E-liquid is a Consumable product and therefore LegioX Vape cannot offer a returns policy on any opened or partially used item.

Taste is subjective so we do not offer a refund if you do not like the product.

Please check your order carefully, once the order is packed we cannot rectify any mistakes.

Orders packed and shipped incorrectly by us will be replaced once you notify us.

Orders damaged on receipt will be replaced by us, please provide a photo of the damaged item when you report the item to us - this needs to be done upon receipt of the damaged item.

If your item is found to be defective you have 30 days to notify us and return the product unopened, unused and in its original condition to receive a refund.
