Please note that due to the United States implementation of the PACT Act, it is impossible to import any Vaping related products into the United States anymore. We apologise for any inconvenience.

postcode is available Monday to Friday from 9am until 3pm for same day delivery. Any order after 3pm will be delivered the following eligible day. Please note that circumstances beyond our control may mean your delivery maybe delayed but we will contact you with updates. Please leave any special instructions in the comment box provided. This is a free service for orders over £20.


All orders placed before 3pm will be shipped the same day on weekdays, after 3pm your order will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed at the weekend will be shipped on the next available working day. Please note this is our aim but sometimes circumstances beyond our control may mean this isn’t possible. We will contact you with an update if this is the case and your order will ship as soon as possible.


We take the greatest care to ensure your parcel arrives promptly and in perfect condition. If your order hasn’t arrived within 4 days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at and we will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue. Please note that refunds/replacements for missing orders can take up to 14 days from your expected delivery date, this is due to couriers policies on declaring an item lost. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please get in touch as soon as you can and we will put it right. Any damaged orders will require a photograph to be sent to us showing the damage.


If you have any special requirements for delivery, please leave a comment on your order. We will try our very best to accommodate and pass any instructions onto the courier, please note that any items sent via Standard Delivery cannot have instructions added due to courier policy, please select an Express service if you require instructions for delivery. Please understand that once your order leaves us, it’s within the hands of the courier. All timescales given are estimates only provided by the courier company and cannot be guaranteed.
