Refund policy

E-liquid is a Consumable product and therefore LegioX Vape cannot offer a returns policy on any opened or partially used item.

Taste is subjective so we do not offer a refund if you do not like the product.

Please check your order carefully, once the order is packed we cannot rectify any mistakes.

Orders packed and shipped incorrectly by us will be replaced once you notify us.

Orders damaged on receipt will be replaced by us, please provide a photo of the damaged item when you report the item to us - this needs to be done upon receipt of the damaged item.

If you’re unhappy with an item you have 30 days to notify us and return the product unopened, unused and in its original condition to receive a refund.

Devices (Excluding Coils) are covered for 30 days if defective and you are entitled to a full refund, replacement or repair. This does not include wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or if you have dismantled the device in anyway or replaced parts. Item will be examined on return and if found non-faulty or any pre-mentioned issues are discovered, we will return the item to you.

Coils are non-returnable.

Postage costs of any returns are to be covered by the buyer.

All returns should be sent to LegioX, Unit 2522, 37 Westminster Buildings, Theatre Square, Nottingham, NG1 6LG unless otherwise directed in communication. If you do not contact us before returning, please include a note outlining the issue and your order number.
