Definitions

Contract means: The contract between the Seller and the Buyer for the sale and purchase of Goods incorporating these Terms and Conditions.
Goods means: The articles that the Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller. Seller, I, We, LegioX means: LegioX Vape
Buyer means: The Customer who places an order, via the website or by telephone.
Terms and Conditions means: The terms and conditions of sale set out in this agreement.

Ordering

All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by the Seller.

Age of Consent

Goods may only be purchased by persons over the age of 18.

We use Age Checked verification software to automatically confirm you are over the age of 18. If the software cannot automatically confirm, we may contact you to request proof of age. If no proof is provided, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund within 5 working days.

Product Safety and use

The products sold on our site are not intended for smoking cessation or as a cure to nicotine addiction. Nicotine is a poison and is addictive and harmful to your health. If you suffer from any sort of nicotine addiction or dependency you should consult your GP. LegioX is not responsible in any way for the outcome of using our products. They are used at your own risk.

Privacy policy

We will not share your personal information with any third parties and will take every reasonable precaution to protect said information. Please see our privacy policy page for further information.

Delivery

We take no liability for any items lost or damaged in the post unless insured. The customer is always responsible for any customs or import charges when ordering from outside the UK. If an item is returned to us by your local customs we will attempt redelivery. If an item is seized by your local customs it will be your responsibility. Please ensure you are familiar with your local laws/customs information before ordering,

Right of seller

The Seller reserves the right to periodically update prices on the Website, which cannot be guaranteed for any period of time. The Seller shall make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the point at which the Buyer places an order. The Seller reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order at their discretion.

Returns

Because of the cleanliness required to produce a high quality e-liquid and the consumable nature of this product, we cannot accept returns and refunds for opened e-liquid to protect ourselves and our consumers from possible cross contamination with other substances. 

If an item is damaged in the post you have 7 days to provide photographic proof of damage to LegioX

You can return any unopened product within 14 days for a full refund. Please note, any postage costs resulting from a return are the buyers responsibility.

Any hardware device is covered by a 30 day return policy if the device is faulty. 

Warranty

We provide a 30 day return window for any unopened and unused Eliquids. If an Eliquid is opened or used, we cannot accept the return. Any product that arrives damaged in transit will be replaced provided we are notified within 3 days of receipt of the product and a photograph or video is provided of the damaged product. 

For Devices we offer a 30 day return policy for any defective item.

Limitation of liability

LegioX accepts no liability and will not be responsible for any loss, claims, damage, injuries, expense or suffering incurred as a result of any product or services provided by LegioX.

Changes To Terms

LegioX is entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.
