I think my self as a custard connoisseur. In my search for custard I’ve spent years trying to find the best custard profile either buying stock juice or making my own DIY mix. Britannia Custard Is by far the best custard I have ever used. Unlike some custards it performs well in any stock tank or rebuildable deck . It’s a true English custard and the best I’ve either bought , to the point we’re I know stock 500 ml at a time. It’s genius
